Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Trust Kashmir, we value the trust and support of our community. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for donations, events, and products.

1. Donations

All donations made to Trust Kashmir are non-refundable. If you've made a duplicate donation or an error in the donation amount, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify the issue and process a refund if appropriate.

2. Event Registrations

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the event. Refunds may be partial or full, based on the event type and administrative costs. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

3. Product Sales

Items sold during fundraising can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
